Returns

To return an Eve2 product: You must contact eve2 before sending any items back. Please email us via hello@eve2.co.uk or call us on 03333 22 3832. 

What can be returned: Because we are a custom print shop and only print items selected by you at the time of purchase, and are not a fast fashion outlet, we can't simply make returns and refunds for no reason. If the item is faulty in terms of garment quality or print quality then we will always be very happy to refund or replace the item once we have had it returned to us. If you have simply changed your mind it is not usually possible for us to refund that item due to the custom nature of our business. 

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support.
  2. Please indicate what the problem is with the item and explain what you are wanting us to do for you.
